We are so glad you have joined us!  

Once you are settled, we hope you will take a moment to:

1. Provide your preferred email and phone contact information to our Board Secretary at info@sandpineswest.com.  We will add you to our email list for limited neighborhood communications only.  In addition, phone numbers are used only in the event of an emergency.  

2. Review the Residents Handbook (below) which contains information about our gate, parking, bear activity, etc.

3. Please learn a bit about Our Board of Directors

4. Acquaint yourself with your neighborhood association's Governing Documents
