There are 78 lots in the neighborhood, most already have homes on them.
The current yearly HOA fees are $430/yr or $400/yr for Townhomes or smaller lot homes.
The HOA fees are for maintaining the neighborhood, roads, gates, common property etc.
There are four (4) HOA associations in this neighborhood :
Master, which oversees the entire neighborhood.
Lot Owners, which cover the larger lots and homes.
Townhomes, which maintain their properties and have another HOA fee above the $400.
Wisteria, which covers the smaller lot homes.
